Refund policy
Eligible returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and returned in the original packaging. An authorized RMA must be issued by Brand New Engines, Inc. within 30 days of delivery before an eligible item may be returned. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. To obtain an RMA for an eligible item please fill out the customer service form located on the contact us page or email us at returns@brandnewengines.com
Only new items may be returned. All authorized new item returns may be charged a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, etc. For all returns, the customer will be responsible for the original outbound cost of shipping. If you use a prepaid return label that we generate to return your package, this cost will be deducted from your refund. On returned items listed with Free Shipping, customers will be deducted the actual outbound shipping cost from their refund. If the item returned is used, not the same item as originally shipped, or missing a significant amount of parts, Brand New Engines, Inc. may refuse the returned item or charge up to a 50% restocking fee.
Items that are an engine itself or have an engine installed on the equipment must refrain from adding gas to the engine. If gas has been added to an engine, the item may no longer be returned and will need to be serviced under the manufacturer's warranty.
All website orders have an opportunity to read this policy before an order is placed. All mail orders, fax orders and phone orders are assumed that the customer has read and agreed on the above written policies.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations must take place within 1 hour of purchase by filling out and returning the customer service form. An order that has been shipped, or has a tracking number created cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has been shipped you will be responsible for both the outbound, return and any express related shipping costs.
WARRANTY
All of our products are from a manufacturer's authorized distributor or direct from the manufacturer.
The manufacturer of the product you are purchasing carries the warranty for all items. Please contact the manufacturer which has staffed personnel to assist you in answering questions or obtaining replacement parts. The manufacturer will direct you to their local authorized factory service center where they will inspect the equipment for defects and will repair or replace anything that is found to be a manufacturer's defect covered under the product warranty at no charge to you. All warranty work must be done by an authorized warranty dealer as directed by the manufacturer.
Brand New Engines, Inc. is an authorized sales dealer for all items we sell. If warranty work is needed, please contact the manufacturer of the product. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with warranty work, including shipping or transportation to a service center.
Items that are factory reconditioned are always reconditioned by the manufacturer.
