Shipping policy

Shipping is done at the discretion of Brand New Engines, Inc. All items will be shipped either FedEx, UPS USPS, or by a freight carrier of our choice to the lower 48 United States. Some small packages may be shipped using UPS Sure Post or FedEx SmartPost and may be delivered by USPS. We do not ship items to a PO address or to a PO box.  After shipping, we will provide a tracking number for all packages shipped. 

All estimated delivery times are pending the ability of the shipping company to deliver. These estimated delivery times do not account for weather delays imposed by the shipping company that hinder the ability to deliver in your area. The total delivered price will be shown on the view cart page and before any financial or personal information is collected.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please contact us at damage@brandnewengines.com within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is any shipping damage. We will reply to you promptly with help in sending replacement parts or returning an item. Any damages caused by shipping will be investigated by the shipping company. You MUST keep all of the packaging and packing materials so the shipping company can inspect the package.

We will file shipping claim after being contacted, with you as the recipient of the claim for damaged item reimbursement.

FREE SHIPPING
Some items listed on Brand New Engines are IN STOCK with a FREE SHIPPING option and will ship out the next business day. Transit time may will depend on you location but will generally be 3-8 business days after shipment.


TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
All Truck Freight Deliveries (extra heavy items over 150lbs).  

Freight shipping is curbside service to your address where the driver can safely unload. You may add on liftgate service when you add your oversized item to cart. You may also add liftgate service as a standalone product by searching LG99 using the search bar. Liftgate service is a curbside service and uses a special trailer that lowers your item to the ground if you do not have a dock or forklift to safely unload the shipment. 

The freight carrier will attempt to call or send a text message to you using the phone number left at checkout for notification before delivery. Please make sure that this number is answered, valid, and in service. The freight company may not be able to deliver the merchandise without being able to contact you. The shipping company and Brand New Engines will make several attempts to contact you. If after several attempts to contact you are not successful the freight company may be forced to have the merchandise returned to us and the transportation costs would be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping inspection and delivery signature are required. Any shipping damages must be declared to carrier prior to signing for delivery. Signing typically means accepting the condition. If you have any concerns about the condition of the shipment, notate on the delivery and accept and then contact Brand New Engines within 24 hours after delivery. If damage is not noted at the time of delivery, Brand New Engines cannot file a damage claim and we, nor the shipping carrier can be held liable.

Items purchased with Buy with prime are fulfilled by Amazon and subject to the Amazon return policy which can be found here.
