SHIPPING POLICY  


Shipping is done at our discretion. All items will be shipped Fed Ex or UPS to the United States. All Canadian items are shipped using UPS Standard (under 150 lbs only). We do not ship to a PO address or to PO boxes. We may require that an item is shipped by truck freight, and unloading would be customer’s responsibility. For extra heavy items, a lift gate option is available from the delivery company with additional charges. We will provide a tracking number for most items, however some of our items are shipped direct from a supplier and therefore a tracking number isn't available.  

 

Items listed with free shipping are shipped with Fed Ex ground service, UPS ground service or USPS and only to the 48 continental United States.  

 

 
SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is shipping damage.

We will reply to you promptly with help in sending replacement parts or filing a damage claim.  

 

Any damages caused by shipping will be investigated by the shipping company.  

We will file shipping claim after being contacted, with you as the recipient of the claim for damaged item reimbursement.

Truck Freight Shipment Items:
 
All Truck Freight Deliveries (extra heavy items) must be signed for at the time of delivery. Damage claims must be made at the time the item is delivered with the delivery driver. If item is signed for with no damage noted, we or the shipping carrier are no longer liable for any damage claims. You must thoroughly inspect your purchase before signing. No Exceptions!

RETURN POLICY  


Only new engines without gas or oil added will be eligible for returns. If you have added gas or oil to the engine you may not return the engine
due to federal shipping regulations. If an engine is returned and is not in original or new condition, the engine will be retained by Brand New Engines.
The transaction will be final and the buyer will receive no compensation.
 
All engine returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.
 
Replacement parts and products other than engines are not eligible for returns (generators, pressure washers, etc).
 

It is up to the buyer to provide accurate information regarding replacement of original equipment. We rely on your supplied information to suggest a correct replacement engine. Any incorrect information leading to the purchase of a replacement engine is the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be subjected to the restocking fee.  

   

All authorized engine returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, etc. The customer will be responsible for both the original outbound and return shipping charges. Eligible engines with an RMA must be returned in the original packaging with full insurance and tracking information supplied to us upon return.
       
An authorized RMA must be issued by Brand New Engines before an eligible engine may be returned.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All website orders must agree to this policy before an order is placed.
All mail orders, fax orders and phone orders are assumed that the customer has read and agreed on the above written policies.  

   

Special Orders  

 

Sales of certain engines that are drop shipped from the manufacturer will be final, meaning no returns.
Special orders that are not normally stocked will be clearly noted in the item listing by the label "Ships Factory Direct".  

 

Canceled Orders 
 
When canceling an order that has already been processed or shipped you will be subjected to a delivery intercept fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
 
Order cancellations must take place immediately (within 1 hour of purchase) by replying to the order confirmation e-mail or by clicking here to send us a contact us form.
 
If you refuse an order at delivery you will be charged the standard restocking fee and be subjected to a delivery intercept fee where roundtrip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
