Express services are not a guarantee of transit nor delivery time. 

Weather delays or other delays imposed by the freight company that hinder the ability to deliver in your area are non-refundable. 

Express services do not include weekend days or shipping holidays in transit time.

Rush Processing ($49 for ground shipments, $99 for freight shipments)

2. We guarantee that the item is shipped out the same business day if all criteria is met (item is in stock & ordered by 3 PM EST M-F)

We choose the fastest national freight carrier (usually FexEx Priority Freight or ESTES Freight) to transit these orders to the destination terminal.
